SYNTALITE Classic

Syntalite Classic is superior exterior waterborne paint resistant to extreme weather conditions. Syntalite Classic has been proven as one of the high-performance superior quality emulsion paints for use under severe weathering conditions.

USES

Paints are suitable for the protection and decoration of previously painted and unpainted exterior surfaces such as mortar, cement, asbestos, tiles, hardwood and soft plastics or on properly primed wood surfaces.

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES

Ingredients: pure acrylic

Colour Structure: Weather-resistant, inorganic colourants in combination with algae and mould inhibitors.

Solvent: Water

For light shade: 1.30 ~ 1.45 For medium shade: 1.25 ~ 1.35 For dark shade: 1.10 ~ 1.30

Solid Composition: About 38%

Drying time (temperature 27 ± 2oC and relative humidity 80 ± 5%))

Surface dry: ≤ 20 minutes
Hard dry: ≤ 1 hour

Dry Film Thickness Recommended: 30 -35 microns

Waiting time between coatings: 3 hours

Theoretical coverage: 10.9 - 12.7 m2 / liter

Shade (look at 85o stand): Dim

Colour: Refer to Syntalite palette and Palette Fandeck palette.

Storage: Keep in a dry and cool place

Application temperature: from 5oC - 40oC

INGREDIENT

Inorganic (40%); Acrylic Polymer (40%); Water and glycol solution (15%); other substances (5%).

USER MANUAL

The paint is prepared for immediate use. However, if necessary, a maximum of 20% water may be added to the first coat. In order to have a nice surface, the following layers should not be added with water.

The surface to be painted must be clean, dry, free of grease, impurities, chalk or paint film peeling.

Water spray to remove excess paint, dust, dirt, algae or mould.

If the surface should be moss or mouldy, use Seamaster FW103 mildew, rinse, dry before painting.

For unpainted or painted surfaces, an Acryseal exterior primer and Syntalite Classic paint should be applied.
