HIGLOS Anti-Crack

Higlos Anti Crack is a premium grade water-based paints formulated with a special formula for smooth, glossy finishes used in interior decoration. Surface is painted very easy to scrub, resistant to abrasion and adhesion on the surface.

USES

For interior, wall and ceiling such as mortar wall, soft board, fiberboard and plaster.

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES

Ingredients: Original Acrylic

Colour structure: Colorless substances

Solvent: Water

Density (kg / L): 1.20 ± 0.05

Solid Composition: Approximately 40%

Drying time (temperature 27 ± 2oC and relative humidity 80 ± 5%)

Surface dry: ≤ 30 minutes

Dry hard: ≤ 2 hours

Dry Film Thickness Recommended: 30 -35 micron

Waiting time between coatings: 3 hours

Theoretical coverage: 11 - 13 m2 / liter

Colour: Refer to Higlos / Pearlsilk Anti-Crack palette

Shade (look at 60o vertical): Shadow ≥ 70%

Storage: Keep in a dry and cool place

Application temperature: from 5oC - 40oC

Lead, chromium, mercury components: None

INGREDIENT

Inorganic (30%); Acrylic Polymer (50%); Water and glycol solution (15%); other substances (5%).

USER MANUAL

The paint is prepared for immediate use. However, if necessary, a maximum of 20% water may be added to the first coat. In order to have a nice surface, the following layers should not be added with water.

The surface to be painted must be clean, dry, free of grease, impurities, chalk or paint film peeling.

Remove excess paint, dust, dirt, algae or mould

For unpainted or painted surfaces, one coat of Acryseal interior primer and two coat of Higlos Anti-Crack paint are required.
