WEATHERCARE Roofguard

Seamaster Weathercare Roofguard is a 100% Acrylic based water coat, suitable for roofing, exterior wall, mortar and metal surfaces. The paint has absolutely no effect on the environment.

Its flexibility and extensibility allow the coating to cover small crackers on the surface, against algae and mould. The paint is not damaged by rain or ultraviolet rays. The paint can be used on steel surfaces, galvanized metal, aluminium, wood, masonry, concrete and old glazed surfaces.

USES

The paint is suitable for use in the protection and decoration of previously painted and unpainted exterior surfaces, such as mortar, cement, asbestos, bricks, hard and soft boards or on primed wood surfaces. suitable.

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES

Ingredients: pure acrylic

Colour Structure: Special chemicals and pigments can withstand extreme weather

Density (kg / liter): 1.00 - 1.30 (depending on color)

Solid Composition: Approximately 40%

Drying time (temperature 27 ± 2oC and relative humidity 80 ± 5%))

  •   Surface dry: ≤ 30 minutes
  •   Temporary dry: ≤ 1/2 hours
  •   Hard dry: ≤ 6 hours

Recommended Dry Film Thickness: 50 - 80 microns

Waiting time between 2 coats: 6 hours (minimum), 2 days (maximum)

Theoretical coverage: 5 - 8m2 /litre for the film thickness of 50 -80micron

Shade (look at 85o stand): Semi-gloss

Colour: Selected colours

Storage: Keep in a dry and cool place

Application temperature: from 5oC - 40oC

INGREDIENT

Inorganic (30%); Acrylic Polymer (30%); water and glycol solution (35%); other substances (5%).

USER MANUAL

The paint is prepared for immediate use. However, if necessary, a maximum of 20% water may be added to the first coat. In order to have a nice surface, the following layers should not be added with water.

1. The surface to be painted must be clean, dry, free from grease, oil, dirt and paint peeling.

2. Spray water to remove excess paint, dust, dirt, algae or mould

3. If the surface needs moss or mildew, apply Seamaster FW103 mildew, rinse, dry before painting.

4. For unpainted or painted surfaces, use Weathercare Roofing.
